If the chips is being used to record and stream, it should be able to do it in the background.Even if you have the Intel IGP enabled, you still need to hook up a monitor to it (on the motherboard) so it would engage the IGP. I know Macs can do this since Premiere Pro has an option to use QuickSync alongside Mercury (which is either run on the Intel EUs or a dedicated AMD GPU). Not sure how it is for desktop though as I disabled the IGP when I was using a i5-8400. I no longer have any compatible Intel computers to test it out, but it looks like there's no technical barrier for it not to work.This is the case for laptops using NVIDIA Optimus (I'm testing it atm). You already get framebuffer going onto iGPU, so it may be able to record video without taxing dGPU. Explicit Multimonitor + hook up monitor to motherboard output. SilentbogoIt's worth a try, maybe it already works like that.
